From the moment you place your order, we will treat it with care to ensure that it arrives at your hands safely, on time and in perfect condition. To help you better understand our delivery process and related policies, we have specially formulated the following detailed delivery information description.
I. Delivery Philosophy
Each mural is an original handcrafted work. The processes of creation, inspection and packaging all require patience and meticulousness. Therefore, our delivery is not merely the completion of the logistics process, but rather the "journey" of art from the creator to the collector. We hope that through a transparent delivery process, you can clearly understand every step and feel at ease and expectant while waiting.
Ii. Processing Time
In-stock works: For in-stock murals that have been completed and put on the shelves, we usually finish processing and shipping them within 3 to 5 working days.
Customized works: If you choose a customized work, the processing and delivery time will be extended as it needs to be created according to your requirements. Under normal circumstances, the creation period is 2 to 4 weeks, and the specific time may vary depending on the complexity of the work. We will confirm the estimated completion time with you via email after your order is placed.
Special circumstances: In case of holidays, extreme weather or supply chain delays, we will contact you immediately via email order@lilystexturedgallery.com
We will notify you and do our best to ensure that the delivery is completed within a reasonable time frame.
Iii. Mode of Transportation
Standard transportation: We cooperate with reliable express delivery service providers to offer safe standard transportation methods suitable for most regions.
Express shipping: If you need to receive your work before a specific time, you can choose the express shipping service. The cost of express transportation varies depending on the region and weight.
International Shipping: LilysTexturedGallery supports international orders. For overseas customers, we will select the appropriate international express delivery channel based on the destination. Please note that different countries may incur tariffs or import charges, which are to be borne by the customers themselves.
Iv. Freight Policy
For domestic orders in the United States: Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight of the work and the delivery address. During some promotional periods, we may offer free shipping or discounted shipping fees.
International orders: International shipping fees vary by region. The system will automatically calculate and display them when placing an order.
Insurance cost: For high-value works, we will purchase transportation insurance for each package to ensure the safety of the works during transportation.
V. Packaging Details
As a handcrafted mural store, we are well aware that the works require additional protection during transportation. Therefore, each piece of work will go through the following packaging steps:
Protective layer: The surface of the picture will be covered with a special dust-proof and scratch-resistant film to ensure it is not scratched during transportation.
Cushioning materials: The picture frame is fully wrapped with high-strength bubble wrap, sponge and shock-absorbing materials.
Outer packaging: Use sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden packaging boxes (for large works), and mark "Fragile" on the outer layer.
Environmental protection concept: We strive to choose environmentally friendly and recyclable materials to protect both our works and the Earth.
Vi. Delivery Time
In the United States, the standard shipping time in most areas is 5 to 10 working days.
Express delivery: Generally, it can be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
International orders: Depending on the region, the transportation time is approximately 10 to 30 working days. We will provide tracking numbers, and you can check the logistics progress at any time.
Vii. Order Tracking
After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your email order@lilystexturedgallery.com
. You can track the progress of your package in real time, know the location of your work and the estimated delivery time through the official website of the Courier company or the link we provide.
Viii. Signature for Receipt and Acceptance
When receiving the package, please be sure to check whether the outer packaging is intact in the presence of the Courier.
If you find any obvious damage to the outer packaging, please take photos for record and contact us immediately for prompt handling.
After signing for the receipt, if you find any damage to the work, please send the details of the damage and photos to our email within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for you depending on the situation.
Ix. Delays and Force Majeure
Although we maintain close cooperation with express delivery service providers, transportation delays may still occur due to weather, natural disasters, customs inspections or other uncontrollable factors. In response to this, we will actively communicate with the express delivery company and update you with the latest information in a timely manner. We also appreciate your patience and understanding.
X. Special Notes
During peak shopping periods such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, transportation may be delayed. It is recommended that you place your order in advance to ensure that the work can be delivered on time.
Address accuracy: Please fill in the delivery address carefully when placing your order. If there is any delay or failure to deliver due to incorrect address filling, we will do our best to assist, but the relevant costs will be borne by the customer.
Recipient information: If you wish to send the work as a gift, please be sure to fill in the recipient information and inform us in advance. We also offer simple gift wrapping and greeting card services.
