However, if you find any substantial quality issues, severe damage during transportation, or a significant discrepancy between the product and the description after receiving the work, we will fully cooperate and offer you the option of returning the item or getting a refund.

Ii. Situations where returns and refunds are allowed

Transportation damage: If the mural you receive shows obvious damage during transportation, such as canvas cracking, large areas of paint peeling, frame breakage, etc., please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos as proof. We will arrange for a reissue, replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

Quality issues: If the work has obvious quality defects, such as wet paint on the canvas causing adhesion, severe holes in the canvas or an unstable frame, etc., you have the right to apply for a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If the product you receive is significantly different from the description in your order, such as completely inconsistent dimensions or incorrect design patterns, you can apply for a return or refund.

In special circumstances: If the wrong goods are dispatched due to our work error, we will take full responsibility and promptly replace them for you or offer a full refund.

Iii. Situations where returns and refunds are not allowed

To ensure the unique value of the artworks, we also need to explain some situations where returns or refunds cannot be provided:

Personal aesthetic differences: As each piece is original, the color and texture may vary slightly under different lighting conditions and device screens. If the return or refund is only due to personal preference or does not match expectations, we regret that we cannot accept it.

Beyond the time limit: If an application is not submitted to us within the prescribed time (48 hours for transportation damage or 7 days for quality issues), we may not be able to accept it.

Human damage: If the work is damaged due to human factors (such as improper handling, improper storage, improper use, etc.) after you sign for it, returns and refunds will not be supported.

Customized works: As customized works are drawn according to the special requirements of customers and are unique, we cannot offer return and refund services unless there are quality or transportation damage issues.

Review and confirmation: Our team will reply to you within 3 working days after receiving your email to confirm whether you meet the conditions for return or refund.

Return of works: If your application is approved, please safely package your works and return them to the following address

During the return process, please take good care of your work to avoid secondary damage.

Refund or exchange: After we confirm the receipt of the returned work and complete the inspection, we will process a refund or exchange for you based on your choice. The refund will be returned to your payment account along the original payment route within 7 to 10 working days.

V. Freight Description

For returns caused by our responsibility (such as quality issues, transportation damage, wrong shipment, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as changes in the customer's mind or aesthetic differences, etc.), if we agree to the return, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer themselves.

Vi. Refund Time Limit

We will process the refund within 7 to 10 working days after confirming the receipt of the returned work.
